Stress-free taglines

Isn’t it fun when you find you have an unexpected superpower?

Since the stunning lightningbolt that inspired me to write our tagline “Website advice for delightful weirdos”, I’ve been coming up with short, evocative, catchy and useful taglines for my consulting clients. Maybe I was bitten by a radioactive marketer?

Anyway, here’s Naomi Niles:

I contacted Catherine to help me generate a tagline for my new site because my brain was literally hurting trying to come up with a good one. We exchanged a few emails and she sent me several straightforward questions about my new site and business.

Before I had time to blink, I had several taglines waiting in my inbox. As in “wow!” fast. I was not only amazed by how quick Catherine generates ideas, but also by how excellent the taglines were. In particular, she focused on a key concept in my work that I hadn’t thought about and pulled that right into a few of the samples for me. It was like, “Ding!”.

Now I just have to decide which one I like most!

Yep! It can be just that simple.

How to make your tagline headaches disappear

1. Click on the Add to Cart button below and pay the low low fee of $50.

2. I’ll get in contact to ask you the preliminary questions. I prefer doing this on Skype because it’s faster (15 min, tops) and more back-and-forth-ey, but we can do this by email if you prefer.

3. You answer the questions.

4. Sometimes, I ask you more questions to get some clarity.

5. I give you at least 5 totally awesome taglines that suit you and your Right People, within 24 hours.

Holy heck, that sure DOES sound fantastic! Sign me up!

Sinclair from SelfActivator, whom I love intensely, sent me this email just to say:

Catherine is all kinds of genius, and has the gift of simplifying difficult concepts to create great results.

This tagline service of hers is no exception. I’ve been to tagline school (not kidding – it was expensive). I know all the rules, and Catherine’s taglines meet those criteria and excel past them.

Generating taglines is a mysterious business, but not with the divine Ms. Caine. No hoopla, no mystery, just BAM. Tagline you love. She gets it because she listens well, and she keeps it simple. Thank God for her.

Now my only challenge is updating the visual aspects of my site so they’re worthy of implementing my new tagline!
